I had a very HORRIBLE experience here, i would not recommend this place to anyone!! The doctor (an Asian lady) was very RUDE and DISMISSIVE to me. If you’d rather only see one doctor who’s acquainted with your skin history, I would recommend another option. I’ve seen someone new every time I’ve went. Further, a more general issue with the practice is you see whoever is on staff and you don’t have a consistent doctor, which I didn’t know would be the case originally. I had been to this office about 5 times before and never had an issue, but I don’t recommend seeing Heleh Stratton as her bedside manner is terrible. The practice did call me to apologize after I wrote an email to report her behavior. It was the most unprofessional medical experience I’ve ever had. I asked her another question about what the medication was specifically prescribed for and if I needed to follow with spf or anything and she refused to answer and stormed out. At that point, I told her I didn’t like her demeanor and she shouldn’t speak to patients that, and that made her very upset. When I tried to redirect her to get my question answered, she continued to respond to me in a rude and condescending manner. (Some of the products were prescribed and recommended by this office be fore). I came in for skin redness and asked about how to apply the medication she prescribed into my routine, and she instead told me that she doesn’t recommend any of the products that I was using, although she never asked and I didn’t get the chance to explain. She was very rude throughout the appointment and she didn’t answer my questions. I saw the Physician’s Assistant Heleh Stratton at the Brooklyn branch on Eastern Parkway.
